James A. Dearie
was born and raised in
Atlanta, Georgia. He received his undergraduate degree in Economics,
with honors, from the University of Notre Dame. After graduating
with honors from the University of Georgia Law School where he was an
editor of the law review, Jim worked as a law clerk to a federal trial
judge for one year, and then as an officer in the United States Army
Judge Advocate General’s Corps for four years. After leaving the
Army in 1999, he went into private practice in Ohio, representing
individual and business clients throughout Warren, Butler,
Clinton, Hamilton, Clermont, and Montgomery counties. Jim practices in
the areas of criminal defense, DUI and traffic defense,
personal injury, and civil litigation. He is an active
member of the Warren County Bar Association. |
